We offer iBalance exercise classes for those with Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and balance issues. Using our SoloStep System, the class allows participants to walk and exercise safety and confidently without fear or risk of falling on an overhead track. Our classes are group-based with stations for cardiovascular exercise, strengthening, stretching, balance training, and coordination. Our Kinesiologist Rebekah Leyte and kinesiology students will guide you through stations that will be tailored to your individual needs.
Our iBalance class occurs weekly on Wednesdays from 1:00-2:00 pm and a second class is also offered through The Parkinson’s Society of Newfoundland! Please reach out for more information on how to join.
